1. Click "TOOLS"
2. Click"INTERNET OPTIONS"

1. Click "SECURITY" Tab
2. Click"CUSTOM LEVEL"

1. Click "RESET TO" Menu
2. Choose Medium Low
3. Press "OK"
4. Choose "YES"

This will allow for prompting of Active X and Downloading of Codec's from DVR/Server. You may also manualy choose "Prompt" in these settings.

Close all internet Explorer windows and return to http://www.pasadenacctv.com

Click on flashing Demo in the uper right corner to view DVR, look for flashing bar at the top prompting to download Active X..

Chose yes to all, and Download all.

Log In:
